What Is The Character Of Jenny Curran

The character Jenny Curran, had a rough life from the very start of the movie through to the end. As a kid, Jenny was physically mistreated as well as sexually abused, nevertheless, it wasn’t said, Jenny with her dirty and tattered clothing and grownup Forrest describing what Jenny went through “her father was constantly touching and kissing her and her sister” that indicates that Jenny’s father was sexually abusive. Jenny’s father was not just abusive but he was an alcoholic and mistreated Jenny. Throughout the rest of the movie, Forrest was always there to support and love Jenny, and the harmful choices that Jenny makes and the altered paths that Jenny endeavors, is certainly to catch up with her in the end.
