Another rare experience that I had was one winter I spent two weeks in Haiti. While there I assisted in English classes for Haitians. It was a vocational school to teach them basic labor work and English so that they could hopefully apply to trade schools in the United States. It is much different than a classroom teacher but with similar responsibilities. One of the tasks of this job is homework help. There are roughly 15 students in this program and it is my job of helping each of them with their homework and helping them solve problems. It is challenging because they are all different ages and different subjects. It is interesting to see what they are learning about and it is great to be able to help these students in all subject. It has given me the chance to remember everything and refresh my brain from the work that I did while I was in
