Why Do People Celebrate Thanksgiving?

Even though, people celebrate Thanksgiving a different. Thanksgiving is to celebrate it with your family and friends.
First of all, is the history of Thanksgiving. In 1621, the Plymouth colonists and the indians shared the first Thanksgiving. Now, people celebrate Thanksgiving in individual with their families. In the middle of the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln claimed that Thanksgiving will be held on each November.
Next, is celebrated around the world. In China, they call it Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. They celebrate Thanksgiving by thinking of it like a Western meal and thank friends, which is called (Gan’en Jie). In Brazil, they thank the lord, the culture, and blessings. That is why it is important to them.
