Before I tell the reasons for how I am qualify to become a member of the National Honor Society based on the four criteria for membership, I would like to say a few things. I am extremely honored to be considered for the Honor Society among other outstanding students. National Honor Society is one of the thing that motivates me to try hard in school even though there might be times where I want to give up. I do too believe that a student who is in the National Honor Society must demonstrate the characteristics of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. For this reason, I prove to Lowell High School and the National Honor Society that I possess these qualities and I am qualified for this chance to become a member of the National Honor Society. As a candidate, I would like to let you know that ever since eighth grade I have received Honor Roll every single quarter, and I also have been …show more content…
I hope to show my best to others and they would see me as a good example and would come to me for help. I know what my goals are in life, I know how to accomplish it and how strong my desires are when I want to be successful in something. I always try to be kind to others even though I know I might have every right to be angry because then others will be kind to me when they have any right not to be. I was slacking in Freshman year where I was taking two college classes, but I realized how much it would affect me and I decided that I should try to get all Honor classes and now I am taking HH Pre-Cal. As I continue to grow up, I am advancing to the door of success. It is extremely important to me to enroll into National Honor Society because I worked very hard to get to where I am now. My dreams of getting into the Honor Society are getting closer to becoming reality and now the door is here and I am not hesitate one bit to open
