Why I should be in National Honor Society

I am very honored to be even considered to be in National Honor Society. This has been a dream of mine since 8th grade. This shows that hard work does pay off. So I hope that my reason for believing why I belong in National Honor Society are enough to believe that also.

One of these reasons being that I have a lot of character. An example of this is that did dance classes for 10 years before hurting my ankle. In these classes you had to be able to take the teachers criticism and use it to get better at the dance. Every time she would criticize me I would go home and work at that one move until I could perfect it. After had done this I would thank her for helping me get better at the thing I could not do. This

Me doing dance for 10 years also helps to show that I am determined to continue no matter what. I also show signs of character by the way I act every day to people. When I see someone is upset I will try my hardest to cheer them up. And when someone new comes to the school I make it my number one priority to say “Hello”. If I don’t I end up feeling really bad for not saying hello because that can make a person’s day in my opinion. I also try to compliment people because I know it makes people feel good, and I love knowing that I made somebody feel special that day. Another reason I show character is that I show respect for everything that I come in contact with. If that is my sisters shirt or a book borrowed from the library. I also never break the rules. If I do I feel like a horrible person after and I never do it again. For
