Should Cigarettes Be Outlawed?
I agree that cigarettes should be outlawed. Everyone knows smoking cigarettes can cause major health problems and that being around someone who is smoking is harmful due to second-hand smoke. If the government was to ban cigarettes health care cost would go down as well as decreasing waste. The tobacco companies are the only ones who profit. The tobacco companies pay taxes to the government which in turn pays for healthcare for individuals on state health insurance. Society should be for banning cigarettes because it would reduce healthcare costs as well as reducing air pollution.
