The SM was apprehended and waived his rights and provided a written statement denying the offense. There is no evidence of any actions taken at command level present in the information provided by screening agencies. (This incident took place 5 months after the pervious offense).
Wrongful Use of Marihuana; Wrongful Possession of Marihuana: The CID memorandum states that the SM observed two Soldier's purchasing and distribute an undetermined amount of marihuana from. Nowhere within the report does it mention anything about the SM using marihuana. The DA 4833 states that both the SM and the previous commander's had PCS'd. Contact was made with the two company commander's but they could not recall the outcome of the events pertaining to this incident.
