NPS - Net Promoter Score
An index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's product two others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customers overall satisfaction with a company's product and the customer's loyalty to the brand.
CLV or LCV - Customer Lifetime Value
A prediction of the net profit attributed to the entire full relationship with a customer.
PPC - Pay-Per-Click
Model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. It is a way of buying visits to your site rather than attempting to earn those visits organically.
Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC.
