Flexor Digitorum Profundus (FDP)
O= Ulnar (Anterior Surface)
I= Distal phalanges digits 2-5
A= Flexes the digits
N= Median & Ulnar Nerve (C8,T1)
Flexes the fingers at the MCP, PIP, & DIP joints
Flexor Digitorum Superficialis (FDS)
O= Humerus (Medial Epicondyle),
Ulna (coronoid process),
Radius
I= Middle phalanges (tendons) digits 2-5
A= Flexes the digits (Flexes the fingers at the MCP & PIP jointa)
N= Median Nerve (C7,C8,T1)
Extensor Digitorum
O= Humerus (Lateral Epicondyl)
A= Extends the digits (extends the fingers at the MCP, PIP & DIP joints)
