If a bully shouts names at you, is it best to pretend not to hear. This may be difficult, but simply ignore the bully if you can.
What might help in the future, if you find others that have been bullied? Maybe you could set up a 'speaking up for yourself' group and hold meeting to discuss your problems/concerns
Who would you tell if you were being bullied? Always tell a trusted adult, such as your key worker, lecturer or your parents.
Even though you might feel scared of a bully, how do you think you should act if you are stopped by one? Try and walk away quickly and look strong and determined.
What would you say if a bully called you a nasty name? Shout NO, GO AWAY as loudly as possible.
