Signing in
Sign in tip: copy and paste your e-mail address and password
If possible, copy and paste your e-mail address and password into the log in page. You can copy your e-mail address by selecting the text (hold the left mouse button down at the beginning of the text, move the cursor to the end of the text, and then release the mouse button), and then choosing the “copy” option from the pull down edit menu (this works on most operating systems). Then go to the login page:

Put your cursor in the user name field. Right click (this only works if you have a two-button mouse) and select the “paste” option. Your e-mail address should appear in the window. Follow the same steps for your password.
A common mistake with this technique is to copy an extra space or two at the beginning or end of your password. Make sure you don’t copy any extra spaces!
If this doesn’t work let us know and we can change your log in.
Can you send me my password?
Use the account lookup form to look up your account and to e-mail a password reminder to the e-mail address shown in your account.

I'm using Internet Explorer, how do I enable cookies?
Internet Explorer version 6.X has several options available for handling cookies. This new version is privacy driven, and thus you may encounter some conflicts when trying to use cookies with this version’s default Security and Privacy settings. To make sure you have cookies enabled, double check your browser settings:
- In the menu bar at the top of your browser click on Tools, then on Internet Options
- Change to the “Privacy” tab
- Click “Advanced…”
- For “First-party Cookies” select: “Accept”
- Make sure the “Always allow session cookies” checkbox is selected
- Click “OK”
- Click “OK” again

Do I have an account?
If you have forgotten whether you signed up, you can use our account lookup form to look for your account. If you have an account, this form will also send your account information to the e-mail address for your account.
I have written you for help. Why doesn't your support team reply to my e-mails?
We have probably tried! We answer every e-mail sent to us within 24 hours -- usually within 6 hours. People often have problems with their e-mail accounts and dont know it. Test your e-mail by sending yourself an e-mail message (or asking a friend to send you an e-mail message) and check your mail to see if the message arrives. If you are currently using an Internet e-mail service (hotmail, yahoo, msn, etc.), make sure that you are not over quota for your mail storage. When using these services, failure to completely delete old mail can result in additional mail being blocked.
What is the difference betwen a free account and full membership?
With a free account you can create text flashcards and study any flashcard in the database on-line. Users with full membership accounts can print, create flashcards with images, download any flashcard in the system, hot sync with your PDA, and use our advanced study techniques.
Do you have special pricing for Canadians?
No. Subscriptions cost $16.50 US. Use the currency converter to figure out amount you need to send.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund to you the cost of your order if requested within 30 days of purchase.
Are gift certificates available?
Not currently. If you are really interested in a gift certificate let us know! We like to add features to the site that people want. You can always purchase a membership for a friend by sending a check to:

What is a CVV code and where can I find it?
the CVV code is a 3 or 4 digit verification number printed on the back of your credit card. When paying by credit card this number helps us be sure that only the person who physically has your credit card can make the purchase.
If you are using a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card, it is a 3 digit number that appears to the right of your card number (see below).

If you are using an American Express card, the verification number is a 4 digit number that appears on the front of your card, above and either on the left or right of the card number (see below)

If your card does not have a verification number, try another card or enter the number 000.
How do I change my password
- From members menu on the left select “Account info”. You might need to log in to view this page.
- Click the edit link to change your account information.
