    The Disney Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles is home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The contemporary architecture combined with the atmosphere of the city enhanced the musical experience. On the first of December, within the walls of the modern venue, the audience was taken back to the eighteenth and eighteenth century when Bach and Beethoven were in the center of classical music. Although the performance of the previous concert I attended (Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra) was outstanding, I could feel the the LA Philharmonic, led by Gustavo Dudamel, is more prestiges. The audience was well-dressed and had a joyful attitude toward the event. The program included Johan Sebastian Bach’s Adagio and Fugue in C major, Ludwig van Beethoven’s Quintet in E-flat major.
