Whether you want to admit it or not, at some point everyone will have to follow with the green movement. Despite the statistic to decide to build green--or sustainable--has voluminous benefits, there will be disadvantages that need to be considered. Concerns such as rate, capital, and measureable readiness and whereabouts constraints are taken into account when choosing to build green. What we need to realize is we have almost reached a point where we can no longer sustain ourselves as a species. This generation and time, you hear each person talking about how successful it is to be green. The initial--and undeniably most unreasonable--harm to green building is the upfront fee. Many materials may require special ordering, which could increase the cost. The location may play a large role in making green building not feasible. The ideal green building would be a building project that would allow you to preserve most of the natural environment around the project site, while still being able to produce a building that is going to serve a purpose.
