This strategy will dictate how Wycombe District Council views and helps those with housing difficulties in the district over the next 5 years from 2014-2019, the research undertaken by the council shows how the local area compares to the country as a whole. BOSH has created the NSNO (No Second Night Out) scheme, this community outreach programme plans to help entrenched rough sleepers into either a temporary bed or to relocate them back to their original home districts.
