    The islands in the Pacific Ocean are divided into three ethnic groups the Melanesian, Micronesian and the Polynesians. What these islands have that are different between each other are the reason why these islands are divided into groups when they can be united as one. One of the reasons are the size of the islands and another reason would be their language. Lets start with the Polynesian culture the word Polynesia has a meaning to it back in the whole Pacific islands as you already know poly means five or more. The islands that are well known throughout the world like Hawai'i this island has eight total islands.
