The last thing on their shopping list was the one thing we can’t live without: toilet paper. With 8550 sheets at Sam’s and 12,750 sheets at Costco, Costco not only had more sheets but was 88 cents less than Sam’s. [Tally mark for Costco]. 3. Now I know I just sprouted out a ton of numbers, but let’s make sense of these numbers. Overall, Omid’s total for the shopping spree was $26.33 while Arun’s total is $27.88. So Costco wins by $1.55.
