    American Sniper Theme

hint of love and concern in the theme. For now though I will only cover the main theme as it is the most important. Although some people may find some of his actions disturbing or dark (such as when he unfortunately had to kill a woman who was about to kill a squad of marines with a hand grenade) , but I find that all of his actions were heroic even If some are dark. One quote I will be using really brings out the heroic of the story the quote being "Make an unjustified shot and you could be charged with murder." This brings out his heroic actions to the fullest by showing that even though the threat of making a wrongful shot could land him with a murder charge that Chris Kyle still took the shot. Another quote is a one on which Chris Kyle states his opinions on terrorists the quote being, "They are cowards who routinely used drugs to stoke their courage. Without them, alone, they were nothing. Others were one part terrorists, another part criminal gangs, and some of the most dangerous were the religiously extremist al Qaeda fighters." Even though it does not sound heroic he has come to realize what his enemies are and acknowledges what they are. Another piece from the review I will be using, even though not a quote, is how the Terrorist feared him so much they gave him the nickname “Al-Shaitan Ramadi” - the Devil of Ramadi, and placed a twenty thousand dollar bounty on…

A counter argument to this line of reasoning could suggest that Adam, being a highly skilled and effective leader on the team, is an important asset and must be retained for the success of the mission. This counter argument goes along with the constitutional hierarchy of loyalties which requires that the mission come before self-edification. However, since Adam has proven that…

straight home but, to a bar. Then, he soon gets a call from his wife, and he cries tells her that he is “home” meaning back in the state. This scene in particular stands out the most to me because, after so many kills that he has made, the murders he has seen, and everything that he has gone throughout the whole film, that one sentence that comes out of his mouth is what causes those tears to fall down his face. Moving onto the discourses the first one would be ceremonial discourse, this type…

This brotherhood in the face of…

SEALs do things that most people find unthinkable on a daily basis. They persevered through every by believing that nobody goes it alone, and no man will be left behind. Service A Navy Seal at War followed this theme in my opinion. Throughout the book Marcus and numerous other SEALs fearlessly stayed together as a team. The paragraphs following are examples of how a few servicemen saved not only their teammates, but American lives as well by working as a team, and never leaving a man to go it…
