    Hostile and aggressive behavior in the work environment can be dangerous if not handled correctly. Workplace aggression can be defined in several ways and actions. This can range to behaviors towards individuals, verbal actions, physical actions against property and personnel. Hostile actions tend to start from extreme stress or a difficult situation whether in or out of the work environment. The term “seeing red” has come into play several times in these incidents.
