Description: Every boss loves a joke or two, but when the jokes start to interfere with getting the job done, listening to the instructions or affecting the other workers in the workplace, there's no place for him. Small talk and good relations with co-workers promote a productive atmosphere on the job. Joking has its place, but someone who clowns around too much creates problems not only for himself, but for the boss and co-woarkers.
