Description: For each gene, state if it's a proto-oncogene or a tumor suppressor gene. ("Gain of function" for proto-oncogenes - only needs one mutation. "Loss of function" for tumor suppressor genes - need to lose both alleles.) State the tumor associated with the gene. State the product of the gene (in some cases). As a bonus - mnemonics, oncogenic microbes, and carcinogens (and their associated tumors). I recommend shuffling these, or you won't learn anything.
