RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
3.1 Research Design
3.2 Participants
Participants (n=12) consists of sport students from same genders were recruited for this study. Participants need to pass the selection criteria prior acceptance into this study. Compulsory selection criteria includes free of known injuries at the time of the data collection.
3.3 Equipment
In order to achieve the purpose of study, the tools to be used are as follows:
a) Video (Sony)
b) MCS form
c) PAR-Q form
3.4 Procedures

MCS movement tasks Verbal instructions
Posture
Please stand facing the camera with your hands by your side. (Hold athlete for three seconds.) Please turn to the side with your hands to the side. (Hold athlete for three seconds.)
Bodyweight squat Perform a body weight squat with your fingertips on the side of your head and your elbows in line with your ears. Squat as low as you comfortably can at a comfortable speed.
Lunge-and-twist
Cross your arms and place your hands on your shoulders with your elbows pointing straight ahead. Perform a forward lunge then rotate toward the forward knee. Return to centre and then push back to return to the starting position. Alternate with each repetition.

For scoring purposes the lunge and twist, and bend and pull movements are divided into lunge and the twist, and the bend and the pull respectively, giving seven scoring test. Each test is scored from one depending on the competency of the movement. This gives a total score out of 21. The competency of the participant’s movement is graded based on the MCS scoring criteria (Appendix ). For the purposes of this study, the MCS scores was analysed as Section 1 (must pass) and Section 2. All the participants required to passed all the criteria for Section
