The extension is globally and the students will affect the world. We expect our students to deliver family centered health care to each patient regardless of race, sexuality, age and religious beliefs. We take pride in the professionalism of each student exhibits while interacting with another human being. We promote fairness on every level of human compassion and of holistic care. The healthcare leaders of the future will be provided with a scholarly education to improve the health care that will be given on a daily bases in and outside a hospital setting. We incorporate in the curriculum laddered base courses to prepare our students for lifelong learning. The process of extending the education began within the first year of nursing. We prepare our students to function as safe, effective, competent nurses. Humanity engages in continuous and lively interactions with each other. Such interactions are social in nature or of beneficial value. Regardless of its form or type, effective communication is essential in nursing for the development of a helping healthy relationship. Nurses will then have a positive means in which to communication with patients, families, and members of the healthcare disciplinarians. Professional Practice Professional practice in nursing is necessary to the health care system and team. The primary focus of professional practitioners is to bridge the theory practice gap, by combining it within the curriculum(Iwasiw & Goldenberg, 2015). The professional practitioner assists the patients in the establishing the responsible self-care behaviors. This will assist in the achievement of identifying, analyzing, applying the concepts that will affect the clients optimal effective care throughout the life (Iwasiw & Goldenberg, 2015).
