However, it is the memory that serves to form connections because the older a person gets, the less an individual tend to remember. The lack of memory or functioning memory is restricted to give or take five to nine bits of new material at a time (Cercone, 2008). Due to a recent surgery, own my brain because of a brain tumor I have seen several changes in my body, brain, and senses. However, I still have the ability to remember things and still capable of completing my job. There are times when I am on medication it is hard for me to focus on certain task. Furthermore, overtime I have adapted to it and continue to progress in order to have positive impact overtime.

The human development is in stages, which identify life stages. Therefore, I feel that we learn and develop through stages that are explained in Erikson’s psychological stages.
