“Find your greatness”, this an advertisement made by the large sport goods company—Nike. From beginning to end in this video, all the scenes about enthusiasts are trying to achieve their goals through particle. Throughout the video, a message behind the advertisement is trying to inspire more people achieve their own greatness in sport. They also tend to intended message is if other people can do it, then you also can do it. In the modern society, when people talk about the greatness, then they will think the greatness is only happening to the great people, and ordinary people cannot have the moment of greatness. People can find and enjoy the moment of greatness in sports. From my point of view, sports can solve many problems in our lives. Sports can offer hope and self-confident to penniless people and disabled people, because people can acquire sense of achievement. Sports also can train up our brain and bodies become better and healthier. However, many people do not have time to do exercises in our society nowadays, in pursue of a better living standard, most of us spent all our time prioritizing money and career. Ultimately, exercise is necessary part of healthy life, and it is the best way to improve your life.
Obesity is a very serious problem in the modern society. Many people do not have a healthy body because of lack of exercises. According to the professors of University of British Columbia Warburton, Nicol and Bredin, “There appears to be a linear relation between physical activity and health status, such that a further increase in physical activity and fitness will lead to additional improvements in health status.” (2006). We can feel the importance of cooperation from this video. The power of the individual is limited when facing with difficulties. Only through cooperation with and caring for others can people create a brilliant life together. The famous American rapper and actor Common himself says, “Believing yourself is not enough, however. We must surround ourselves with a team of others who share the same passion and belief.” (2014). It is not good enough just to have your own, life is really all about your ability to interact with others and this energy appears so you can take it to the next level.
