There will be times the lesson did not address the student’s needs and will need to be revamp to require an accurate understanding. While teaching it is acceptable to not get everything right when learning the each student’s needs. But it is the thought process that follows as a teacher which is important. In the video of ‘Kathryn Schulz: On Being Wrong’, she states “getting something wrong may mean there is something wrong with us”, but in addition “It is okay to get something wrong” as we are all humans and humans make errors while learning. As this statement may be true, many students have difficulties in one or both areas. This system has what is called ‘Error Blindness” by Kathryn Schulz as it has shown errors with the students and the teachers who educate them as they are trying to provide the best instruction to meet their needs, but they continue to make mistakes as they are unable to meet the standards while administrating the test. In addition, as the student and teacher are able to recognize the problem in state standardize test, the government along with the administration team is not willing to see their wrong of the inability of the students achievements. In conclusion, teachers will always look at their wrong doing while instructing a student to achieve in state standardize test and a student will believe they are a failure as they are unable to use the tools learned to able to the state standardize
