At work, I tend to be the one that is considered to know it all and can answer any question about my job and help lead team members and supervision to the correct answer. Distraction does not bother me I can work through anything and I do not mind multitasking. Being an extrovert comes with a few short comings; I believe sometimes I can be perceived as a difficult listener.

Characteristics – prefers specific answers to questions, a creature of habit, works well with facts and figures rather than ideas and or theories (Kroeger et al. 2002). I recognize these characteristics within myself very well. I am a creature of habit, I usually stick to my script on how I do things and find it hard to stray from “my usual.” I am not big on theories or ideas and rather focus on the facts. Being a creature of habit, it is hard for me to deal with things when they do not go as planned at home and at work. When working with co - workers I always ask for specifics which can sometime make some people feel uncomfortable and nervous.
