Judaism, Santeria, and Scientology are three religions that originated in different parts of the world, at different times, and with a variety of similarities and differences. These religions all vary in their origins and beliefs. Judaism is one of the oldest religions, founded over 3,500 years ago in the Middle East. Santeria originated in Cuba out of slave trade, and Scientology is the most modern religion, founded in 1954 by a man named Ronald Hubbard in the United States. These three religions are incorporated into the everyday lives of people and each have an influence over each other.

Santeria originated in the Caribbean islands and has its roots from the Yoruba people of West Africa. The slave trade is what brought it to the southern USA, Cuba, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, and other Caribbean nations. When African slaves were brought to Cuba, they were not allowed to practice their religion and were forced to convert to Catholicism. However, these slaves would still practice it in secret and would synchronize their deities with the Christian deities. This is why many say that Cubans try to combine the Catholic religion and Santeria to make it as one. People who practice Santeria know the difference between the Catholic religion and Santeria religion, they just tend to practice both and find similarities between the two, especially with the deities, like it was practiced a long time ago. Unlike Judaism, that has the Torah as its sacred text, Santeria has no sacred text and there is no narrative in which to view it by, or that can trace its exact
