I called the San Mateo County Probation Office and spoke with Officer L. Perez, who happens to be Reyes probation Officer. Officer Perez stated Reyes did not appear to meet her officer and never enrolled in Domestic Violence classes, per his probation.
I conducted a records check of Reyes which revealed he had an outstanding warrant for $150,000 out of San Mateo for Felony, Failure to appear. The warrant included stalking, kidnapping, and Domestic Battery, with Vargas listed as the victim. It also revealed a residence of 355 Buckingham Way Apt 402 in San Fransisco listed as his residence.
We conducted a check of 355 Buckingham Way Apt 402 in San Fransisco and but all occupants stated Reyes no longer lived at that residence.
We conducted a check of 5406 Mission St. in San Fransisco, which has multiple units inside and all occupants stated they have never seen a Reyes,
