“The Spirit is the power of transformation from non-being to being, from the old to the new, from enslavement to the powers of sin and death to a new life in communion with God and others (Bird, 190).” The Holy Spirit gives us the chance to grow closer to God and by ignoring it we miss out on our salvation.
