The methodology consists of three separate assessments, one for each of the forces identified as important contributor in the city's potential for a creative milieu in Downtown Las Vegas and each addressing the corresponding set of research questions.

Envisioned as a small business incubator, downtown container park is home to 39 owner-operator businesses including bars, restaurants, art galleries, and a wide variety of retail shops. Eat
Chef Natalie had worked in kitchens in some of the biggest hotels in Las Vega and was ready to pack it in and leave town for good. She was introduced to DTP and became their first small business investment. Eat opened in September of 2012 and Chef Natalie paid off the investment within just 15 months.
