This problem has increased tremendously over the past few years, which is why the government instituted gun laws. Gun laws restrict many citizens from owning or using guns, in the wrong and negative way. Even though it states in the Constitution that all people have right to bear arms, many people have been misusing this right and harming people in a negative way. Yet, some people feel as if the guns are not the issue, rather the people who own the gun or weapon are the issue. The government instituted these gun laws to protect the people from any attacks, or violence
