In this article, the clinical scholarship was defined by Sigma Theta Tau International (1990) as “ an approach which enables evidence-based nursing and the development of best practice to meet the needs of clients efficiently and effectively” (Mannix, Wilkies, & Jackson, (2017). Otherwise, Diers states that it is the study of nature and effect of nursing, thereby the nurses are meant to fill the gap between nursing action and thought. Clinical nursing leaders play key roles in identifying the issues or problems in the workplace to resolve through technical skills by effective, competent nursing care. Currently, I am participating as a facilitator of UBC in the unit, felt the need for motivating other nurses to involve in continuing education as well as encourage them into the promotion of scholarship - it will change the work environment.
