Romeo and Juliet is a story about two teenagers from two different families’ that hold the majority share of power within Verona Italy. Of course will two families’ that share a lot of power there are bound to have some troubles and disagreements. Following the story this disagreement between the families had been going on for decades before the two teenagers were born. The Montagues and copulates start the play off with their servants fighting each other due the feud between both families. Romeo belongs to the Montagues, while Juliet was affair to copulates. As the play progress, the Montagues host this giant ball for the whole town to attend. Romeo analyses the guest and he sees Juliet from the opposite family and instantly falls in love. The same could be said for Juliet as well because of her instant love for Romeo. Further in the play, it becomes apparent that Romeo and Juliet can’t be together because of their families fight over a long period of time. Subsequently they continue to see each other secretly because of the burning sensation of love that they have for each other in their hearts. Towards the end the love between them both becomes more apparent and they end up killing themselves. To start off Romeo and Juliet were in love at first sight in their play, while on the other hand Caitlin and Patricio had to build on their love. Next, both Romeo and Juliet die alongside with a handful of other people in their play. While in taming of the shrew doesn’t display in causalities. In taming of the shrew, the play starts off as a trick on the audience that was meant to capture their attention before the first protagonist was introduced. The most important difference in both plays is that Romeo and Juliet never used the same person for a different character.
