Capulet’s prudent care for Juliet is ironically shown by his impulsive acts. Instead of thoughtfully thinking of who his daughter would like to marry, Capulet instead, forcefully chooses Juliet’s suitor, Paris. The quick, impulsive name calling of a “mistress minion” compares Juliet as a spoiled child that does not know well. Capulet’s constant rambling about Juliet’s disagreement brings excessive slander such as the comparison of Juliet to a “young baggage” and “disobedient wretch”.
