The United States of America is the most developed country in the world located on the continent of North America while Cote d'Ivoire is an African country located in West Africa. Cote d'Ivoire and America have both some events that marked their country and they celebrate each year. The Independence Day in Cote d'Ivoire is the seventh of august while for America it is the fourth of July which means the end of the colonisation of these countries. In America, there are many events like veteran day to thank all the veterans . They celebrate this event each eleventh November. There is also Halloween a party with disguises and decoration and Martin Luther King Day which is a holiday marking the birth of this great black American who fought against the inequality between white and black people. Thanksgiving Day is celebrated the day after fourth Thursday in November to thank God through prayer . There are others events in America but these are the main events.
