I'm pretty tall, so when I'm dancing I can take up a lot of space because I have long legs. In my activity that is one of the most important things to know how to do . So having long legs is a huge advantage.
Dancing is a hard activity ,you have to learn how to take care your body and eat right everyday. For my activity dancing I try to be as healthy as possible. So my diet consists of walnuts, and oatmeal for breakfast. Meat and vegetables for lunch and brown rice or whole grain pasta for dinner. In between all those delicious meals , I have lots of snacks. My snacks consists of trail mix, fruits and veggies. Also protein bars and lots of water.
In my activity It's really easy to overload your schedule, and overwork your body. My schedule consists of 30 hours of dancing a week. So if you are looking into dancing seriously make sure to take care of your body and dont overwork work your muscles to
