There can be barriers when communicating in different perception and viewpoint, for example when working on a project as in a group everyone has different viewpoint about the project and can be very difficult to work when having to have many disagreements. If a person in the group has an idea for the project and one person does not agree with the idea that the person has, this means that they will less likely to get along with each other and the group work might not work. Communications can have many barriers if the person that you’re communicating to has physical disability such as hearing problems or speech difficulties. Communications with people who have physical disability have barriers for example, if the person has hearing difficulties then they will not be able to hear what you are saying, this is why you have to use sign language for them to understand what you are trying to say to them. This can be very difficult for the person using the sign language as it takes very long to learn and understand before using it on someone with hearing difficulties.
Another barrier to communication could be if they have speech difficulties, this usually happens if that person is from another country where they do not speak English at all. It can be very difficult for them to understand what we are saying, so for them to understand you have to break it down and use hand gestures.
