No side effects were observed in any of the participants during the treatment and follow-up periods. Descriptive statistics were carried out using the Excel Version 2010 (Microsoft Corporation) for the participant’s Shoulder Pain and Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale measures. Prior research studies have also utilized the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale to measure shoulder pain and function (García-Muro et al., 2010; Host, 1995; Kaya et al., 2011; Lee et al., 2012; Mostafavifar et al., 2012; Natesagounder et al., 2012; Shakeri et al., 2013a; Shakeri et al., 2013b; Simsek et al., 2013; Thelen et al., 2008). After compiling the outcomes and scrutinizing scores, all participants Shoulder Pain and Disability Index showed negative scores, which are indicative of improvement (see Table 2: Summary of SPADI, p. 32). This finding is similar to previous studies using the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (Mostafavifar et al., 2012; Natesagounder et al., 2012; Thelen et al.,
