Context: we have formal and informal communication
Informal communication occurs on a one-to-one basis, in a face-to-face manner. This also includes all the various methods of sending information or messages between people. Informal communication between professional and people using service includes planed meetings. When using informal communication between colleagues, you feel relaxed and eager to talk about many things, as there is no specific agenda to talk about. An informal piece of written communication can be as simple as a jotted note to a friend on a torn slip of paper.

Facial expressions express what thoughts are running through a persons mind. For example a smile expresses friendliness and affection. Raised eye-brows show surprise and furrowed forehead conveys fear and anxiety. All the emotions and various types of human behaviour bring different expressions on face.
Slang is a type of language that consists of words and phrases that are regarded as very informal.
Jargon is a technical word used by a professional person as a short way of saying things that are hard for others to understand. When a service provider uses technical language the service user may not understand. For example, the doctor may say that a patient needs bloods and an MRI scan. That can sound very frightening to someone who has been rushed into hospital. It is better if the doctor explains that they need to take some blood to do some simple tests and then explains what a MRI scan is.
