The ceremonies which used to take place/ been celebrated in previous years by the Indians are no longer celebrated or are sometimes celebrated to some extent but not in the traditional manner with involvement of traditional rituals. For instance, the ceremony which used to be celebrated by the Indians after baby was born in the family, the parents used to call the priest and the relatives and the family used to provide them with feasts. The baby was then given a name according to the holy book as suggested by the priest. This ceremony is called ‘naam karan sanskar’ hence, the used to portray a heavy meaning. In contrast, these days’ people are not celebrating this ceremony or some are with less and less festive atmosphere; and they fail to follow the rituals. Many people tend to have parties with involvement of
