Organizations and firms focus and spend more time and money in training their employees with the belief that it will give them more completive in the industry local and global. Selecting right employees for company is not easy and doesn’t guarantee they will perform effectively if a firm doesn’t do the employees orientation which gives new employees about company’s information such as email access, personnel policies and benefit they need to function. It does not only help them to function effectively, but also help them feel welcome and at home and part of the team, or firm. Therefore, training provide the bird’s eye view of the material, use familiar examples, term, and concept, use visual aids, create a perceived training need in trainees’ minds. Once the training program is designed, approved, and developed. Managers can actually doing the training, using some of those methods. One of the method is on job training which is coaching or understudy method. On job training is the only training available of many company. When a company hired new employees, an experienced worker or trainee’s supervisor trained those new employees step by step. Besides that, job rotation which is move employee from job to job intervals is also another method of on job training. The trainer also can give out a special assignments like firsthand experience in working on actual problems. In job training, “peer review” is another one. To ensure the on job training success, there are some steps to help it include first step, prepare the learners, give the learners effort of study, let them know why he or she is being taught, create the interest and find out what the learner know about the job, familiarize the learner with equipment, materials, and tools. Second step, present the operation, explain quantity and quality requirement, go through the job at normal work pace and slow pace
