All restricted areas are allocated a 'Restricted Area conditional status',
Which are given the names RA1, RA2 or RA3, that if there is an Air Traffic Service associated with that area, they are contactable via VHF radio, if an aircraft requires to enter the area. Airplanes without or with a submitted flight plan, can request a clearance in RA1 and RA2 at any time for a restricted area conditional status. Although a conditional status can change from day to day, but if there is a changed status it will have a notice on the activation NOTAM.
