In this paper, I will address the topic of abortion and how many Christians believe in pro-life. I believe that children are essential to Christian worldview, how children are essential to Jesus’s ministry. I found some great articles that will support my point and support my thought. I believe that abortion is wrong, in this paper I will show core beliefs that will defend my view.

How can we as Christians resolve something so horrible that is happening everywhere? The only real resolution is to pray that people will understand when life begins. In the article titled, “Abortion: A Threat to the Actualization of the Mother” it states “In asserting this belief, the Christian perspective will conclude that abortion is unacceptable for two reasons: 1) The unborn child is in fact a human being and so is entitled to the right to life; and 2) Because of the damage that is done to her as an individual by having an abortion, the worst decision a woman can make is to procure an abortion.” Abortions hurt everyone involved, there can be emotional damage to the family. The best course of action for a Christian is to keep the child, if a person doesn’t want the child then they can think of adoption. There are plenty of families in the United States who would love to have a child but are not able
