Throughout this literature review the topic in discussion will be “What effect does fatigue have on a variety of sporting performance and how can it be prevented?” The way in which this will be discussed is through a vast range of academic source’s and previous studies to try and find a gap in the literature, in order to gain more knowledge in this particular issue within sport and try find the correct implications to avoid it having a negative effect.
