He was a theorist who decided to approach the idea of seeking efficiency in the work placement. As he released that the workers are required to have the correct tools and a working plan in order to work efficiently. Therefore he established a method for arranging jobs, which he called scientific management. Taylor believed that all the workers are motivated by the amount of money they earn from their jobs. Due to this the employees would perform faster and harder in order to earn as much money as they could. Therefore he supported the incentive pay systems in the work environment.
