Micro pathogens are virus, bacterium, parasites or chemical substances that entered into food from farm through contamination with toxic water which caused major food-borne disease to human. Government should create and implement good food safety system that will ensure proper food production and distribution in the country. Government should make sure that proper foods are made available to his people and the producers act responsibly. The consumers also have role to play to avoid food borne illness as most of foods are improperly prepared or mishandle when buying, selling or preparing at home. They should adopt proper hygiene practice. There are some foods that are not required to store together as most of the food borne diseases cross-contaminated. The cooked and raw foods should be stored separately. Food should be cook thoroughly and make sure hands are wash before and after touching raw foods. (W.H.O. (November 2014).
