Every day all over the world people are faced with the choices they make when it comes to healthy living; whether or not they are eating right, whether or not they are exercising on a daily basis and whether or not they are getting the right amount of sleep every night. To many it s difficult to make the right choices, many people are living a life of obesity, many are struggling every day just to simply look in the mirror and accept what they see. In this paper I will discuss my own behavior and what I consider to be my poor behavior when it comes to healthy living. All this is a result of my own laziness; all of which I intend on changing through the action of a workable intervention plan.
The target behavior in which my intervention plan will be focused on is my habit to not eat healthy food and the fact that I do not get enough exercise; I work from home and I spend a majority of my day sitting at my desk. My poor habits are a direct result of eating the wrong types of foods and not moving enough on a regular daily basis. My lack of motivation and tiredness are a direct result of these things. The goals are to abstain from merely sitting in my chair all day long and get up and motivate myself into moving more often. A more specific outline would be to schedule regular eating times where I focus on the food and keep it separate from other activities; and to schedule a time when I would get up and get my heart rate up for a specific duration of time, at least for an amount that will lead to
