So, it’s rare that children needs surgery. After heart surgery, you may seem pale and puffy, but that is normal. Medication will be necessary for recovering. If your family visits, make sure they calm down, so their nerves aren’t on edge. Also, make sure they eat and get the normal amount of rest.

I’ve personally had heart murmur, and it wasn’t much of a bother. The most I had to do for it is to go to a doctor every four years. When there, all they would do is check my heart and see how it’s growing. I was born with a hole in my heart, but it has been shrinking and shrinking. Soon, it may go
