Reason Case was accepted for investigation:
On 07/28/2017, Hennepin Child Protection accepted a report alleged physical abuse domestic violence of Shea Estey and Sidara Aden by mother’s former boyfriend alleged father of Sidra, Ayahye Aden. Per reporter Sarah was granted an order for protection due to domestic violence involving Ayahye. Per OFP documents, on 6/8/17 Ayahye became angry after Sarah told him to stop watching TV. Per reporter Ayahye then started to pull the TV off of the wall Called Sarah, a “Stupid piece of Shit” and was waving his arm around. Per reporter Sarah attempted to leave with both children, Ayahye grabbed her left wrist and bent it backwards casing it swell and bruise. Per reporter he also caused bleeding on her knuckles when he pulled car keys out of her hand and asked her “do you want to die tonight.” The police were called but no report was made.

He stated Ms. Estey always reports false allegation and due to that he plans to stay away to avoid any conflicts. Mr. Ayahye reported that he plans to co—parent with Ms. Estey with help with family court. Mr. Ayahye stated that they both went to court because Ms. Estey was reporting a false report and the judge dismissed the case because she did not had any doctor notes about her allegation report. He also stated that Ms. Estey has history of domestic violence with pervious relationship and she filled OFP against ex-boyfriend. Mr. Ayahye stated that he used to drink occasionally and not anymore. He denied using any drugs. He denied childhood abuse and neglect.
