I have made a huge impact of Project reality with advertisements, starting up dispatch, making new SOPS etc. I think it's time I step down for Communications Director and become the Commissioner of CHP. I feel like CHP has been falling with our old Commissioner Nish. I feel and know I can make a change. ---------------------------

My goal is to fill our main Command ranks as in Chief ranks and Deputy Commissioner. We need to have a good relationship with our High Command so we can use our fullest of ability.
Mutuality
I have been noticing Troopers acting immature and just like they are five-year-olds. I will be implementing a NO tolerance policy. There will be more information about that policy below.

We need a policy about uniforms. What can and can't Troopers wear etc. Supervisors will also be strict on this too. We want to look and act as professional as we can
